Kim, hailing from Clarksville, Indiana, grew up in a close-knit family that instilled in her the virtues of hard work and selflessness. She excelled in various activities during her youth and went on to earn a Business degree from Indiana University. Her career in new construction sales, marked by exceptional achievements, earned her a reputation for being 'Serious About SOLD'. Beyond her professional success, Kim's greatest satisfaction comes from helping clients make life-changing decisions about their homes.
Jim's journey, on the other hand, took him from Detroit, Michigan, where he learned the values of service, hard work, and entrepreneurship from his parents. His early sports achievements led him to the University of Michigan on a baseball scholarship, where he became an All American. Despite an injury ending his baseball career prematurely, Jim channeled his leadership skills into youth baseball coaching, positively impacting many lives. He also served as the Treasurer of the Detroit Metro Stars, a nonprofit helping kids pursue college baseball dreams. Jim's dedication to family and real estate, combined with his background in sales and marketing, has been a driving force in his career.

His knowledge of the market and first-rate selling strategies made the entire process quick and seamless. We had to move my 86-year-old aunt rather suddenly first, to a one-level condo, and then to a senior living community. Jim was able to get us a significant amount above the asking price and include unwanted items no longer needed in her senior living apartment. Jim will go above and beyond as he truly cares about his clients!
